What this site is

A portfolio and enquiry site for Domus Design Firm, an architectural visualization studio. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract. Any engagement is governed by a separate written proposal and agreement signed by both parties.

We are not a licensed architecture firm

Domus Design Firm produces visual media — film, animation and rendered imagery. We are not licensed architects or engineers, we do not provide architectural, engineering or surveying services, and nothing we produce should be used as construction documentation or relied on for permitting, structural, code or dimensional purposes. Always work from your architect’s or engineer’s stamped drawings. The words “architectural” and “visualization” on this site describe the subject matter we depict, not a licensed professional service we offer.

About the imagery

The renderings, films and stills on this site depict proposed designs. They are illustrative interpretations produced from drawings and 3D models supplied by our clients. They are not photographs of built structures, they are not to scale, and finished construction may differ. Landscaping, furnishings, lighting, materials, sky and surroundings are artistic interpretation.

Location and landmark plates shown as context are rendered in-house and are likewise not photographs.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — films, images, text, the Domus name and mark, and the site design — is owned by Domus Design Firm or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission. Depicted designs remain the intellectual property of their respective designers and owners.

Pricing information

Any figures shown are illustrative of the market and are not quotes. Market ranges cited are compiled from published third-party industry pricing guides and are not competitor quotes. Your price is whatever we set out in writing for your specific project.
