Who we are

Domus Design Firm is an architectural visualization studio based in New Braunfels, Texas. You can reach us at info@domusdesignfirm.com for anything on this page.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form on this site, we receive only what you type into it:

• Your name and email address (required)
• Your phone number, firm or company, and project location (optional)
• What you need, what materials you already have, and your target date
• Whatever you write in the project description

Our web server also records standard technical information with each request — your IP address, browser type and the page you came from. This is normal server logging and is used for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or cross-site trackers. If you dismiss the quote request panel, that single preference is stored locally in your own browser so you are not shown it again for thirty days — it never leaves your device and we cannot read it.

Fonts

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address. If you would prefer this not happen, we can host the fonts on our own server instead — email us and we will.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and carry out work you engage us for. We do not use it for anything else.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We never share it for advertising. Two service providers necessarily handle it as part of delivering this site:

• Hostinger — hosts this website and its email, so enquiry messages pass through their systems.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces, as described above.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained while there is an active or prospective project and for our business records afterwards. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and the California Consumer Privacy Act — you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct or delete it, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

To exercise any of these, email info@domusdesignfirm.com. We will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires and may need to verify your identity first.

Children

This site is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through the enquiry form.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date below.
